SOFT-SKILL: Why don't people like you?

• 1️⃣ You're self-centered and self-absorbed ❌
• 2️⃣ You're filled with negative emotions ❌
• 3️⃣ You don't listen to/care about them ❌
• 4️⃣ You're insensitive: you hurt/offend ❌
• 5️⃣ You're invasive/ judgmental ✅(judgmental)
• 6️⃣ You're demanding/ threatening/ they don't feel safe around you ✅(no safe feeling)
• 7️⃣ You're draining/toxic/boring/waste of... ❌
• 8️⃣ You make them feel badly/inadequate ❌
• 9️⃣ You trigger bad feelings/actions(hot buttons... bring out the worst in others) ✅(hot buttons)
• 1️⃣0️⃣ You're closed-minded/ disengaged ❌
• 1️⃣1️⃣ You lack integrity/ are not trustworthy ❌

So I have to work on my judgmental attitude, bring a safer atmosphere, and raise the reach of hot buttons.

Knowing one's flaws is a first step, next step is to implement fix actions.
