December 11, 2021

Scrumโ€™s artifacts include Product Backlog๐Ÿ“, Sprint Backlog๐Ÿ”– and the increment๐Ÿ“ฆ.

These artifacts represent the work or value to provide transparency and opportunities for inspection and adaptation.

These artifacts help in generating a common understanding of the work being done, and the work that is planned.

Product Owner๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ owns the product backlog and is responsible for its content, availability and ordering.

Product Owner can make changes in the product backlog,

or may ask anyone from the development team or the scrum master to make the changes in it on his behalf,ย

but the ultimate accountability lies with the product owner.
