With Scrum, important decisions are based on the perceived state of its three formal artifacts. Artifacts that have low transparency can lead to decisions that diminish value 📉 💰 and increase risk 📈⚠️.
Transparency enables inspection 🕵️♂️. Inspection without transparency is misleading 🤷♂️and wasteful 🗑️.
