Quiet quitting is defined as doing the minimum just not to be fired. 📦
It is stopping 🛑 doing more for a job that does not pay 💰 your extra hours.
That way you can focus 🔍 on other aspects of your life: family 👨👩👦👦, hobbies, charities...
It doesn't mean that people are leaving their job.
They just set limits 🤚 for their employers concerning their timetable ⌛and their tasks to achieve.
