1) They did not expect this type of mission assignments 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️ => Solution: During the recruitment process, clearly present the job requirements, giving examples of the type of assignment the candidates will carry out. Help them project themselves into the role.

2) They have trouble working with their manager 👩‍💼👨‍💼

=> Solution: Anticipate the problem by giving them an insight into your management style during the interview process

.  3) They consider that the training is insufficient 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

=> Solution: During your one-on-one interviews, ask them if they think they need additional training in certain areas. If so, schedule training as soon as possible.

=> Solution: If they don't find their job interesting, allow them to do other assignments with different teams. They may just not have found what would work best for them. 

 5) They don't feel valued 🥇=> Solution: Provide them with regular feedback to show them that you are paying attention and that you appreciate their efforts
