This will automatically do the following:
ð create a new branch named release/1.4.0 from the develop branch,
ð checkout the release/1.4.0 branch.

$ ððð ðððð ððððððð ðððððð 1.4.0
This will:
ð Merge changes into the master branch,
ð Create a 1.4.0 tag,
ð Merge changes into the develop branch,
ð Remove your local release\1.4.0 branch.
